• Award Amount: $500
• Number of Awards: 1 per year
• License Requirement: Technician Class or higher
• Region: Resident of Mississippi or Delta Division
• Field of Study: Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• Institution: College, university or technical school in Mississippi
• Other: Preference for graduating high school senior
